Sixties Rock

Thank you Lee Norman for all the skills you possess.
RECORDED IN THE SUMMER OF 1982 DURING A BACKBEATS REUNION

I Can’t Explain, was released January 15, 1965 by The Who. The Backbeats, Lee Norman (lead guitar – vocal); Larry Davis (rhythm guitar – vocal); Paul St.Pierre [NOV 1947-AUG 2015] – (bass – vocal); and Allan Mason (drums and percussion – vocal) recorded their version in 1982 during a reunion in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. The band covered the song for the first time at Palmetto Bandstand (PAL) off Bird Road, Miami-Kendall. On the remake of I Can’t Explain features Mason, lead vocal backed up by Norman and Davis. Lee Norman spent countless hours on the soundboard balancing the mix. Lee… You truly have the touch.
