Citizen King

The Great American Experiment…
THE CONCEPT WAS PERFECT, THE IMPLEMENTATION EXACT, MAINTENANCE HAS FLAWS.

The American concept isn’t new… It simply changed the formula on the oldest from of dictatorship, a King. It’s good to be the King isn’t it? Slaves hate slavery, not the slave owners. In reality all American Citizens are Kings… Without subjects of course but none the less, Kings. Our Supreme Court deemed in Lansing vs. Smith in 1929 that citizens have all the rights and privileges of a King, so long as we do not interfere with another King doing the same.

So. What’s the good of being a King if you can’t boss people around? The benefits of being Kingly is that every other King knows they are Kings too, and not one, not even another King can interfere with a King. Therefore then you can walk down the road without worry of being killed for your possessions or someone else’s pleasure. Why isn’t that working today?

Your Government can’t rule over you if you are ruler of yourself. Nothing in the Constitution says it’s the government responsibility to protect each and every citizen personally… The Country, it says protect the COUNTRY, ergo the borders from foreign invaders. There’s nothing more to it than that. I need not write another word… It becomes ineffable.

Taxing Corporations

They should pay their fair share!
CORPORATIONS GET AWAY WITH MORE PROFITS BECAUSE THEY DON’T PAY ENOUGH TAXES

In reality the only real tax concern corporations face is, will the price of tax raise the cost of the product or service to the point consumers refuse to buy. Taxes cost the corporation NOTHING!!! The tax might be in a different accounting column but the juncture is at the bottom line. Taxes are just another line item in the cost determination of the corporations product or service. Maybe Corporations should list tax separately similar to ingredient labels on food. PRODUCT: Baseball Bat | Wood $3.00 Labor $6.00 Varnish/Label $2.50 TOTAL COST $11.50 | Corporate Tax $4.50 WHOLESALE Cost $16.00 and RETAIL $27.99

In the real world CONSUMERS pay any and all corporate tax automatically because the cost is built into the product price. So when you say make the corporations pay their fair tax share… You’re really saying, “I want to pay more taxes… Tax me more!” Here’s a thought… Maybe the Government should spend LESS MONEY!!!

KING BARRY?

I have a quill and I have a messenger…
HISTORY SHALL BE DEEMED TO REPEAT ITSELF IF THE PEOPLE ARE AT SLEEP.

The difference between Kings of lineage and Sovereign Kings is one has subjects and the other has not. “People of a state are entitled to all rights which formerly belonged to the king by his prerogative.” Lansing v. Smith, 21 D. 89.

“At the revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people; and they are truly the sovereigns of the country, but they are sovereigns without subjects, and have none to govern but themselves: the citizens of America are equal as fellow citizens, and as joint tenants in the sovereignty.” Chisholm Exp v. Georgia (US) “as general rule men have natural right to do anything which their inclinations may suggest, if it be not evil in itself, and in no way impairs the rights of others.” In Re Newman (1925), 71 C.A. 386, 235 P. 664.

Taxpayer Employees

Federal, State, County and City workers, contractors and taxpayer funded paycheck recipients…
YOUR VOTE IS A CONFLICT OF SELF INTEREST.

During the 1996 Presidential election candidate Bob Dole, campaigned on eliminating the National Education Association while Bill Clinton was promising teachers a pay hike. Which way do you think the teachers and their union voted? It’s the same as allowing inmates to vote for release or imprisonment.

ALTHOUGH, WORKING FOR THE GOVERNMENT IS THE SAME AS PRISON… THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS ONE CALLS YOU AN EMPLOYEE AND THE OTHER AN INMATE.

OPINION: If the government needs something accomplished, award the contract to the lowest private bidder. End government pensions, paychecks, health care, vacations, overtime, bonuses and perks. And if you are a government worker don’t complain… You signed on to a system free from criticism and responsibility. You want bonuses and perks, join the private sector where you must compete for such things as they are performance based, not who has been at the feeding trough the longest.
