What is Legal Age?
FOLLOW THE CONSTITUTION AND PARENTS WILL REGAIN CONTROL OVER THEIR CHILDREN.
Eighteen is the age at which one becomes a legal adult and gains full legal rights. It is also the age at which a person is liable for their own actions, such as contractual obligations or liability for negligence. In general, a parental duty of support to a child ceases when the child reaches the age of majority. In other words, to enter into a legal transaction one must be eighteen years of age… Thus a person under the age of eighteen can NOT enter a transaction. The Constitution says the legal age is eighteen. So this means minors can not purchase… Anything! They’re minors. Using money to purchase; qualifies as a legal contract of exchange; it’s legal and tender, and it’s on our money. What a minor child can see and do rests strictly within the purchasing power of the parent. Don’t want your child playing video games? Don’t purchase one. Junk food is a thing of the past. What movie your child sees is up too who buys the ticket, and since the adult must be there they can watch the movie with the child in case a question arises.
