American citizens are sovereign individuals; endowed by their Creator; free to do what pleases them so long as they do not interfere with another sovereign individual doing the same. In other words... "People of a state are entitled to all rights which formerly belonged to the king by his prerogative." Lansing v. Smith, 21 D. 89.
Isn’t sovereignty great? Saying that wouldn’t even be an issue for most folks, but over the years ban artists (statutory code writers) have redefined and regulated our freedoms to the point that the masses lost track of how free they were really meant to be. PBSproducer.com blogs strive to reflect the ideals of the founders; that upsets some people, and forces their DISCOURSE TO BE ALLEGORICALLY VEILED IN SYMBOLISM.
